How much time does it take to activate eSIM?

eSIM activation usually takes just a few minutes. After purchasing a plan, you'll get a QR code to scan from your device, and the setup process is fast and simple.

Can I use my eSIM in multiple countries?

What happens to my regular SIM when I use an eSIM?

Your device can have both a physical SIM and an eSIM active at the same time. This means you can keep your regular number while using our eSIM for data connectivity abroad.

What happens if I delete my eSIM profile?

Your plan will be deactivated, but we can re-issue your eSIM if needed. Contact the support team with your order details for assistance.

Do eSIMs work for calls and texts?

Our travel eSIMs are for data only. For calls/texts, we recommend using a VoIP app like WhatsApp or keeping your primary SIM active.

Can I top-up my eSIM data?

Is there any difference in speed compared to physical SIM?

No, eSIMs offer the same 4G/LTE/5G speeds as physical SIMs of the same network operators.

How do I switch between eSIM profiles?

What is your refund policy?

Inactive eSIMs are eligible for a full refund within 15 days. Once scanned, plans cannot be returned, but can be transferred in some cases.

What to Do If You Don’t Receive the QR Code?

Can I top up or extend my eSIM?
