Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

As eSIMs are digital products activated immediately upon purchase, most sales are final. However, we offer refunds in these cases:

  • Failure to activate within 24 hours
  • Service unavailability in purchased country
  • Duplicate accidental purchases

2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • eSIM must not show any data usage
  • You must provide device compatibility details

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Partial usage of data plans
  • Expired plans
  • Device incompatibility (check before purchase)
  • Change of travel plans

4. Refund Process

  1. Email refunds@quik.codestrail.com with your order ID
  2. Our team will verify eligibility within 3 business days
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to original payment method within 10 business days

5. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds at our discretion.
